The School Planning Council (SPC) is a committee comprising three members of the PAC, and one administrator. The function of the group is advisory and helps focus the direction of the planning of the school towards the stated goals of the school through the examination of data that is made available through ministry surveys, and from the results of the Ministry's standardized testing.
